LIFE | Instagram #11

No words today. I'm going to take a break of my Monday-words-posts and will just write one when I feel like it. That doesn't mean I've got no post for you, I think it is time for a new update from my favorite social media platform, Instagram. I guess you could say I'm an insta-addict; scrolling through my feed, pressing the like button, leaving comments, watch closely what my favorite bloggers/instagrammers are posting, etc.
Let's take a look at my recent Instagram photos, and don't forget to follow me @lyndesloovere ;)

CRAVING | Jewelry

I'm craving lots of jewelry lately. Here are some of the pieces I wouldn't mind having and that are affordable. Actually, two pieces you see in this collage are already on it's way to me, I couldn't help it. And to be honest, there are four more pieces that I really really want..

WORDS | Demons past midnight

You know those nights you can't sleep because your brain starts to think and it just won't stop? Yeah, me too..
I've already told you not too long ago that I am a real overthinker. I'm pretty much an overthinker 24/7 but when I go to bed and it is time to sleep, it's like these demons get even more awake!
To me, there are different kind of demons : the ones who go away pretty quickly but you also got the ones that are stuck into your brain and almost go lead a life by themselves and eat up bits and pieces of your happiness. Gosh, how I hate them.
I mostly try to abandon them by reading a book -quite a bookwurm over here- and writing down what I'm thinking about but sometimes nothing seems to work. So..that's why I am asking you if you have any other tips?
PS : I'm not the only one dealing with this, right?

FASHION | Olivia Palermo x Aquazzura

“Olivia and I have a very similar vision of shoes. She is a real style icon and has amazing knowledge about shoes and accessories. We wanted to create a capsule collection of the styles every woman needs in her closet, interpreted with the Aquazzura aesthetic and seen through the eyes of Olivia.”  - Edgardo Osorio

If you're a bit of a fan of Olivia Palermo, then you've probably already heared about her collaboration with the Florence-based brand Aquazurra. If not and you love shoes I suggest you keep on reading!
There are multiple reasons why Olivia teamed up with this brand : OP has been a supporter and wearer of Aquazurra since the start of the brand and since that moment on she is also friends with the designer and founder, Egardo Osorio.
As the friendship also turned into a partership, Palermo and Osorio got ideas from Edgardo's archives and Olivia's closet with as result a six piece collection.
You can buy the shoes in only 12 stores around the world but you can also buy them exclusively online at Net-A-Porter -thank god for online shopping! You should definitely take a look -you can find an overview of the shoes after the jump plus a video- and if you want to buy a pair, don't wait too long because some are already sold out!
I honestly love every single pair, too bad it isn't really my budget.. What's your opinion on Olivia's latest designer collaboration?

BLOG | Three years

Three balloons, representing the three years that I'm blogging right now. The exact birthday was actually a few days ago but I didn't find the time nor the feeling to blog about it. A celebration should be all about fun but since life isn't just fun I couldn't post about it, it would have felt wrong, so I decided to wait a bit.
Maybe you've noticed that it's been quiet around here, especially regarding personal outfits. Sometimes you don't feel like dressing up and posing in front of the camera, days in a pj can feel as good and sometimes even better.
We're September now and it is my least favorite month to be honest but I think I can say that I'm back. Back to blogging, from personal outfits to beauty reviews to inspirational posts.
I really hope I'm back -can't say it for sure, emotions can be like a rollercoaster..- and that's why I decided to hold pink balloons in the air; pink for that girly touch, balloons to make it festive, and looking up to represent that I want Blonde Butterflies to go 'up' and grow.
Thanks to each and everyone of you who reads the blog, is following me via one of the many social media platforms and/or leaves a comment. Thank you, the blog wouldn't be the same without you!
