OUTFIT | Leopard in Rotterdam

Another outfitpost, finally! As you may have read here I went to Rotterdam with the boyfriend to spend Easter weekend but actually it was to celebrate our five years anniversary. We decided to have a little 'datenight', dress up a bit more -me wearing a dress, he wearing a shirt- instead of just casual outfits. 

I wore the little black dress I bought for my 20th birthday together with my leopardcoat, which was my coat for the whole weekend and I was and I still am surprised how good I can combine this coat! Definitely a good purchase last year, hooray! 

OUTFIT | Birthday dress

Two weeks ago I celebrated my 20th birthday with some friends from university. We were with seven girls and three of us (incluiding me) had their birthday that week! Time for us do have a little 'girlsparty' at my home. This basically means that we chatted about everything & nothing, drank our favorite cava  and ate snacks all night. Big thanks to my mummy for making the snacks, you're the sweetest :)

Now a bit about my outfit.. We planned to dress up since it was pretty special, 3 birthdays remember, so we all put on a dress and heels, which some of us threw away quickly since we just wanted to have a fun, cosy and comfortable night.

A week before, I had a little dress-crisis with thoughts going trough my head like crazy "They have already seen me in this dress so I can not wear this dress again, this dress is absolutely a no-no for that night, no this dress I don't want to wear, etc." With as result "OMG, I have absolutely nothing to wear!" Recognize this? ;) 

Before I knew, I was going trough all the dresses on Asos and found this one from New Look. I immediately liked it because it is black  -duhhh-, has a mesh neckline and it has a peplum. I've always wanted something with a peplum but never found something that I liked and suited me at the same time.

Four days after ordering this dress (and a jeans and a top), my package arrived. I tried on the dress and yes, I knew I made the right choice! 

Conclusion of the whole evening : we all felt comfortable, cosy and happy. We could all go to sleep with a smile on our face, I know I did :) and I can not wait to see my girlfriends again after our exams!

OUTFIT | Lately

Like the title says, I'm wearing outfits like this one very often lately. Especially the jeans, so comfortable, and the booties, got to love black and studs. 

The outfit isn't special, it is my go-to-university look. And since it is always the same thing in the morning -too little time- I usually end up with something like this. 

I also know that it has been a while that I did an outfitpost, sorry about that!, but because of the bad grey weather, I really don't feel like leaving the house unless necessary with as result that I wear joggings and pajamas most of the time (and nope, not going to do an outfitpost about that haha!) 

But I made a deal with myself : I need to explore my wardrobe more! Even if it is just for going to uni. Please help me remember this ;)

FASHION | Affordable swimpieces in 5 different styles

Whether you can notice it or not in your country, Summer has officially arrived. Here in Belgium, the weather is a bit bipolar : one day all you need is a bikini, the next day you have to wear a coat. I'm a bikini-holic so I really don't have to have a reason to buy a bikini (in fact, I buy bikinis all over the year, sssstt) so I've put together a collection of my favourites in different types of swimsuits.

OUTFIT | Lost & found

This is an outfit from over more then one month ago, I wore it to the Holy Communion of my little nephew. Quite a classic look : beige dress with a navy blazer and some gold details.

OUTFIT | Different trousers

My little sister did her First Communion in the local church. I'm pretty conservative when it comes to wearing clothes to church : I didn't want to wear a dress but trousers. I think it's one of the first times you see me wearing not a skinny jeans/pants! Normally I would have worn wedges instead of flats but I woke up this morning and I had no desire to wear heels, so my pants are a little bit long and it looks a bit weird but I really really didn't have to courage to wear heels. I wanted to be dressed classic and to me, this is a classical look. 

Tomorrow is the big celebration/party and obviously I'm going to wear another outfit. What my outfit will look like is a surprise to you and to me, because I still haven't figured out what I'm going to wear!

Girlsnight outfit

If you're following me on Facebook, you know that I had a girlsnight last Thursday. I met my group of girlfriends at Knokke, a city at the Belgian coast. I chose to wear some white jeans because Fall is coming so the weather will start to change (in a bad way). White pants combined with glitter jumper, wedges and Louis Vuitton handbag. 

I was really excited to see my friends back and we had a lovely evening : apero, eating, dancing, singing, talking, .. Love them so much :) 

Outfit Fi:hP day 1

Thursday, 'Fi:hP' started. Fi:hP is a festival here in Belgium, the translation is 'Pa:tP' aka 'Party at : the Park'. It sounds a little bit strange in English .. Thursday was the first day I went and this was what I was wearing. Relatively casual with 2 pink touches. Photos of my outfits Friday and Saturday are coming in next posts.

Thursday I went to Pukkelpop, a festival in Belgium and this is what I was wearing. 

A casual and comfortable look : a top, shorts and sneakers.

Little old school bag

My outfit of today : a jeans, jumper, flats, gold jewellery and a little brown bag which looks a little bit like a school bag that my grandparents used to have when they were young. Fashion items always return! 

It's a real funny fact that I used this bag today because today I went to the university so I can start studying in September! I didn't realize that I used my 'school bag' while I was going to school/university. 

Coincidence? I don't think so. Foreboding? Yes I think.
