FASHION | Olivia Palermo x Aquazzura

“Olivia and I have a very similar vision of shoes. She is a real style icon and has amazing knowledge about shoes and accessories. We wanted to create a capsule collection of the styles every woman needs in her closet, interpreted with the Aquazzura aesthetic and seen through the eyes of Olivia.”  - Edgardo Osorio

If you're a bit of a fan of Olivia Palermo, then you've probably already heared about her collaboration with the Florence-based brand Aquazurra. If not and you love shoes I suggest you keep on reading!
There are multiple reasons why Olivia teamed up with this brand : OP has been a supporter and wearer of Aquazurra since the start of the brand and since that moment on she is also friends with the designer and founder, Egardo Osorio.
As the friendship also turned into a partership, Palermo and Osorio got ideas from Edgardo's archives and Olivia's closet with as result a six piece collection.
You can buy the shoes in only 12 stores around the world but you can also buy them exclusively online at Net-A-Porter -thank god for online shopping! You should definitely take a look -you can find an overview of the shoes after the jump plus a video- and if you want to buy a pair, don't wait too long because some are already sold out!
I honestly love every single pair, too bad it isn't really my budget.. What's your opinion on Olivia's latest designer collaboration?

FASHION | Olivia Palermo for Westward Leaning

Olivia Palermo has been wearing Westward Leaning sunglasses since the start in 2012 so it's no surprise that Westward Leaning is very happy with this collaboration. They say they couldn't have asked for a more loyal or stylish informal brand ambassador.
What OP says about the collab? " Westward Leaning sunglasses are effortlessly chic and flattering to just about any ensemble, which has made this collaboration a dream.".
The collection exists out of eight pairs of sunglasses in WL's classic Wayfarer shape, all with the iconic "muted gold" reflective lenses. They all feature one of three distinct side materials, each laid at the temple : blackened red wood, teal sea glass or gold pieces. Westward Leaning their sunglasses, specifically the materials are always telling a story and this time it's no different. These three unique materials are inspired by Olivia's extensive travels and unique aesthetic perspective.
All eight pairs cost $210, where every $10 is donated to ADCAM's Masaai Project, a charity near to OP her heart.
Enough talking, let's take a look and perhaps buy a pair? You can never have too many plus they offer free worldwide shipping!
Oh, let me know which one has your preference! My favorite is the Saint Germain.

FASHION | Streetstyle NYFW, LFW, MFW, PFW February 2014

With being almost the half of May it is about time that I show you some of my favorite looks and photos from the fashionweeks last February.
The reason it took so long isn't really my fault actually, I was still waiting for some bloggers/photographers to post their snapshots but I can't keep you waiting, right?! Because before we realize it, the new fashion season will already begin.
Enjoy these last winter outfits -although some aren't really winter-ish to me-.

INSPIRATION | Hair

Since a few weeks I'm having a big hair crisis, I absolutely don't know what to do with it. There is only one thing I know : I am a blondie and I will stay a blondie.
I have 3 options in my mind, the only problem is that they all have a 'but' :
1) cut my hair but I'm a bit scared I will miss my long hair (although I've already done this a few years ago and way shorter than the length I have in my mind for now)

2) Long haircut with a straight pony but your frou is always there, it's so difficult when you want to have a day off from your pony (I've had this before, in the beginning when I started this blog)

3) Leave my hair the way it is now because I adore how much you can do with long hair (ponytail, braids, buns, straight, curls, ...) but I'm a bit tired of it 'just hanging there' but when I see other people with beautiful long hair I keep falling in love.
I think I'm going to keep it like this until I am 100% sure what to do with it! What do you think I should do?

FASHION | Dress like Olivia Palermo

Are you also such a huge fan of Olivia Palermo her style? Good news for you and me, Olivia was spotted recently in this dress from Asos. You can find it here.
Isn't it nice to see a style icon wear clothes that we can afford as well?
