And here we are already with the last outfit from Rotterdam. I wore this for travelling, a denim shirt with a jeans, some sneakers, a coat and a super handy bag. What do you need more in an outfit when travelling? 

BLOG | The past week

Monday I wrote that I was going to write a blogpost every day of the past week. 

Now it is time for you to give your honest opinion so I know what you thought about it.

TRAVEL | Rotterdam diary

Today's plan was and is to give you a photo diary but at the moment I'm at my dad's and I don't have my computer with me so i'll upload the photos tomorrow and the post from tomorrow of course.

I really can not believe that it's already been four weeks that I was in Rotterdam with my love. 

A little getaway with just the two of us to celebrate our 5 years anniversary.

WORDS | Collect moments

When I am writing this it is almost midnight and I just got home from a trip to Rotterdam, the Netherlands. 

This quote may look a bit 'weird' on a fashion blog since fashion has lots to do with things but in the end, what do you remember? Things or memories from funny, lovely, special moments?

I am not saying that you don't have to buy anything, I know that I won't leave that Chanel 2.55 in the shop if I had the money, but what I want to say is that maybe we should invest more in moments that make us happy -a citytrip, going a day somewhere, a festival, a vacation or something else that you love to do- instead of buying another pair of jeans or shoes. 

This is definitely not an attack on you because I'm guilty of buying another thing of this/that as well, it is a reminder to me, you, us. 

TRAVEL | Maastricht diary

In the beginning of February, I wrote that I wanted to go to a place where I don't know anybody (see this post) and so I did. I went on a little getaway with my mum to Maastricht, a city in the southeast of Holland. 

The reason we went to Maastricht and not somewhere else was because I gave my mum a gift voucher for her birthday to Maastricht for four days and three nights. The hotel was pretty basic, we had everything we needed but next time we would book another hotel because there are things that could be a lot better so I'm not going to give a recommendation. 

What did we do in Maastricht? We went there with the intention to go away for a few days from our daily life and have some mother-daughter quality time. Since it was just the two of us, we definitely had a good time strolling around the city, do a bit of shopping, go out for dinner, have talks about everything and nothing which of course included laughs! 

Conclusion of this trip : we had a nice time and I can't wait to go on another vacation with my mummy!
