BEAUTY | Meet the new face of Estée Lauder

If you're a bit into fashion, you've definitely already seen her. She walked in multiple big fashion shows since her debut on the Marc Jacobs fall 2014 runway show, you see her in almost every fashion magazine and she's a much wanted target by the paparazzi : Kendall Jenner, the new face of Estée Lauder.

BEAUTY | Colored hair

We all know people who color/highlight their hair -maybe even you- but not everybody knows someone with a "strange", special, unique haircolor. I know nobody, except for my hairdresser who changes her hair every five seconds. I guess she already had every possible color. 

I don't like it on everyone but I absolutely adore Nicole Richie with her purple/blue hair! When she's wearing an all black or white outfit or just a jeans with a simple white tee, her hair is always the finishing touch. 

I wouldn't color my hair in purple or something, I'm just too scared I won't get back to blonde again. 

Would you risk it and take the jump? Plus I'm very curious on your opinion about special haircolors! 

PS : I didn't forget about the review of five beauty products, some have asked me months ago (oops), but I have never done this before so I'm trying to figure out how to take the best photos, so you can see at as real as possible. 

CRAVING | Red lipstick

Long time no see! A lot has happened in the meanwhile but that's for another post, right now I'm just too tired and too much craving of a beautiful warm red lipstick. 

I made this collage of Poppy Delevingne, Elien from the blog Dogs and Dresses and an unknown girl (the right). Three beauties spicing up their look with red lips. 

I really want a lipstick like the girl on the right but since I'm absolutely no make-up expert I need help. If you have a tip for me, regarding brands or colors, please let me know! Oh and if you know who this gorgeous girl is, don't forget to let me know.

BLOG | The past week

Monday I wrote that I was going to write a blogpost every day of the past week. 

Now it is time for you to give your honest opinion so I know what you thought about it. 

What do you think of the past week? Do you find it good or too much to see a post every single day?

NEW | 5 beauty products

Today I am showing you five beauty products I bought lately.

- Essie 'Sole Mate' nail polish : I was looking for a very dark red nail polish so when I saw this color while scrolling trough Instagram, I had to ask what the name was. And so I did. I asked it and bought it. It's the very first Essie nail polish I bought so I was quite curious about the quality etc. but I must say that I am pretty happy with it. A little review will follow. 

- YSL Touche Éclat color number 2 'Ivoire Lumiere' : Last week my mum came home with a surprise for me and it was this concealer from Yves Saint Laurent! Honestly, I couldn't be happier since it can do miracles but my mum and I always shared one, until now. Also very nice is that it is a gift edition so I got a little mascara as well.

- Rituals 24H Hydrating Gel Cream : A day cream that is very fresh. With the temperatures being higher it is nice to use but two months ago I wasn't too pleased with it because I found it too fresh to wear in colder temps, I liked the Rituals day cream from my mum -who has the Essential Anti-Aging Day Cream- a lot more, the texture and scent are just more 'my thing'. But for spring and summer the cream, well it's a gel actually, is perfect. 

- Hema hand- and nail cream : This hand cream is probably one of the best beauty buys ever! It is super cheap, €1.50, very nice to put on your hands and it smells so good. Once I start, I can't stop. I sometimes even use it in the middle of the night when I wake up! 

- Catrice red lipstick : Since a few weeks I am the very proud owner of my first red lipstick. Yes, you're reading it right, I didn't have a red lipstick before myself. I thought that it was about time so I bought one, a pretty cheap one, €3.99, because it is not that I am going to wear it on an everyday base. I was surprised about the quality and softness of the lipstick when I first tried on this lipstick, definitely a good buy.

BEAUTY | White nails

If you follow me on Instagram (@lyndesloovere) it's possible that you've already seen that I painted my nails white. About a year ago, when white nails were becoming a hype, I wrote a first post about them and I remember that I tought they looked like Tipp-Ex nails. When I look at them I still think about Tipp-Ex but I'm already getting used to it and I actually like it. What do you think about white nails?

BEAUTY | Ombre hair

One of the hairtrends from the past months : ombre hair! I liked it from the first moment I saw it and I still love it, I can't get over it! This trend makes me wanna wish I had brown hair. Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with my own haircolour but the ombre trend is just way more beautiful (in my opinion) with brown hair. So brownies, you're lucky ;) 

What do you think of the ombre trend : yay, nay or "passé"? 

WISH | Givenchy antigona black snakeskin bag

I'm literally in love with this bag! Why? It's black, shiny and has a snakeskin patern. I can't exactly say how long I'm already searching for a bag like this but it's already a few years. So you can imagine that this beauty makes my heart beat a lot faster! But now the price..about €2000. Maybe a very, very big gift from me to me? I don't know yet, this isn't something you decide in one day if you're just a normal girl like me. We'll see and in the meanwhile I will keep dreaming of it :) 

BEAUTY | Chanel protection

While I am writing this post, I'm sitting outside so I couldn't have picked a better moment for sharing this.

BEAUTY | New Chanel face

Chanel revealed their new face for the beauty-campaigns : Diane Kruger.
She's an oldie (but goldie apparently) in the world of Chanel : in 1996 she was the face for the perfume 'Allure' and in 2007 she had another collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld.
What do you think of this choice? I would love to hear your opinion !!

Magical beauty product

Maybe you already know this beauty product, maybe you don't. If you don't know it yet, it's time now!
Every girl I know, loves to wear nailpolish and change as much as possible from colour. Including me. But if there is one thing I hate about the 'nailpolish-proces' it is removing the nailpolish. Nailpolish-remover smells bad and sometimes it's really difficult to get it off. Not anymore with this product from Bourjois! All you have to do is stick your finger into this pink pot, make a little switch with your fingertop and .. DONE!
Not only is your nailpolish removed but your fingers don't smell bad either. No, they even smell good! It's a vanilla-fruit kinda smell (a bit tropical).
So what are you waiting for?! Run to the store, paint your nails and try this product! Removing your nailpolish was never so easy and fun :)
