FASHION | Olivia Palermo for Westward Leaning

Olivia Palermo has been wearing Westward Leaning sunglasses since the start in 2012 so it's no surprise that Westward Leaning is very happy with this collaboration. They say they couldn't have asked for a more loyal or stylish informal brand ambassador.

The collection exists out of eight pairs of sunglasses in WL's classic Wayfarer shape, all with the iconic "muted gold" reflective lenses. They all feature one of three distinct side materials, each laid at the temple : blackened red wood, teal sea glass or gold pieces. Westward Leaning their sunglasses, specifically the materials are always telling a story and this time it's no different. These three unique materials are inspired by Olivia's extensive travels and unique aesthetic perspective. 

All eight pairs cost $210, where every $10 is donated to ADCAM's Masaai Project, a charity near to OP her heart.

WORDS | Sunglasses

In my opinion, sunglasses are (almost) always a good idea. In winter and in summer.The sky can be so clear that it blinds you or your eyes can make you look like a panda -think white skin with black eyes. 

Now that spring has officially arrived and summer is coming up, most of us will wear more and more sunnies. In my opinion, you can never have enough! (That's why I ordered a new pair yesterday ;) )

I don't know what the weather is like in your country but it definitely looks like spring has arrived in Belgium! I am over excited that the sun is out most of the day and that the temperatures are higher! Sun equals sunglasses to me, I just adore them. You can never have too many sunglasses in my opinion! 

The collection above isn't mine, unfortunately. It is a part of Nicole Richie her sunglasses collection, pretty amazing right?! I'm planning to expand my collection so I can compete with her haha ;)

OUTFIT | Favorites at the moment

This outfit is probably my favorite at the moment. This black jumper with studs on the neckline, black coat with leather accents, Alexander Wang Rocco look-a-like, special blue jeans and my beloved leopard booties. You'll see me wearing these pieces a lot but I will try to have some variation ;)

OUTFIT | Mixing prints step one

I can hear you thinking "Is this Belgian girl really wearing shorts with bare legs?!". I know I would think that when I would see this outfit. Well, this outfit is absolutely not from today (rain rain rain) but from one of the last days of September, when it was a bit of an indian summer. 

About the outfit now! I'm not a hero when it comes to mixing prints. In fact I find it really difficult so I'm taking babysteps : a striped jumper and leopard flats, my favorite combination when it comes to mixing prints. Anyone else having difficulty with mixing prints?

It's been quite some time that I've posted an outfit but I didn't really have an outfit to show to you. But now I'm here with an outfit from this week. And yes, I really could wear this with no jacket or something. Summer in Belgium arrived and I couldn't be happier about it ! Damn I love summer :)

This is an outfit from over more then one month ago, I wore it to the Holy Communion of my little nephew. Quite a classic look : beige dress with a navy blazer and some gold details.

Feeling pink today

Today I'm feeling pink so I'm wearing a pink sweater, but not a warm one because the weather is still good :) and my flats also have a pink touch! Don't mind the little ball on my feet, I got bitten by an insect.
